The problem with any building is that in due course there may be a problem with one of the services which requires action and as the service are hidden away then a certain amount of destruction to the décor and structure of the building becomes inevitable. Another problem is that as time moves on so do the aspirations of the residents and there may be a desire to put in extra water or electrical services and this will require access to the present service system. The panel can then be offered to the wall and clipped into position. The panel can then be removed at any time in the future by unclipping the panel from the wall.
